Refund policy

For Damaged or Incorrect Items

Return / Exchange Terms:

  • We do not accept return of goods, unless for the following reason.
  • Customers are to check correctness and condition of goods immediately at self collection point or receiving from delivery personel.  
  • Any wrong or damage items received must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days from receiving it so as to be eligible for Return / Exchange. 
  • Items’ value shall not be remarkably decreased due to your usage or consumption.
  • All original receipt (or gift receipt) and original packaging must be presented upon return.
  • Ensure that the item(s) you’re returning is repackaged back with all the orignal cables, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
  • Exchanges are subjected to stock availability.
  • For price differences, a top-up in amount will be requested or refund will be processed, where applicable.
